Shipping & Processing

Damn Good’s processing time is 7-10 days and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Express.

We are committed to doing our part for the environment. That's why we use recycled materials for our shipping vintage goods whenever possible. By using recycled materials, we help reduce waste and minimize our impact on the planet.


Return Policy: Vintage Homewares

Due to the nature of the vintage items in my shop all items are sold “AS IS”. If you have any questions about an item please contact me PRIOR to purchase. Vintage items will naturally show some wear and the wear that is shown will vary from piece to piece. Please do not view this as a defect of your item, but rather as an element that adds charm and timelessness to the piece.

Should a piece have more than what I would consider “normal wear” I will disclose that information in the listing so please be sure to carefully read the entire listing and to reach out if you have further questions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy: Jewelry

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at damngoodvint@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
